Had to make an emergency phone call to a carpet cleaning service. Hubby's 40th is Saturday and today I found so many pee spots on the downstairs carpet that I didn't know were there. That carpeting makes it hard to see them, but I could smell them and went on a search. I seriously dealt with cleaning pee and finding a carpet cleaner for two hours.
I had to cancel going to the Maple Syrup Festival on Saturday because of it. Yeah, I a bit miffed. I've got plenty to keep me busy getting ready for the party though, and I shouldn't complain. Hubby is more important than pancakes...even with pure maple syrup.
