Do I move him? Can't he...or can he just nap there? He'll so totally wake up if I move him. Do you think he looks comfortable? I can't leave him there if he is going to have a kink in his neck...do you really think he's okay?

That was my dialogue concerning bubbies falling asleep in the Jumparoo. Currently, he is still sleeping there very soundly. I don't want to get him out just to wake him up and have him cry like he has been all morning. But, it doesn't seem fair to let him sleep like that...but then again, I have slept in many precarious positions and places and was always fine...and would have been very po'd if someone had tried to move me. So, there he sits and sleeps.
His two top teeth are pushing their way through and he is very uncomfortable, which I believe is why he isn't sleeping at night. Before I put him in the bouncie I gave him a nice dose of Tylenol and massaged some homeopathic teething medicine on his gums. It wasn't an intentional drugging to make him sleep, but I am not complaining about the outcome. Just worried.
Of course, my toddler has been fighting me over a nap for the last hour. I finally shut the door with the knob guard on. It makes me feel like I gave up, but at the same time I am turning into the crankpot now, and have a wretched headache from "fighting" with her. Do I just give in? Lose this battle? I could have fought millions of other toddler battles today and being the brave warrior I am, I chose the toughest, longest, most painful one called "The War of Napping and a Thousand Tears." I think an arrow is piercing my heart as I write and listen to her screaming.
